We partner with reputable and trusted courier companies to handle our deliveries nationwide.

A standard delivery fee of R89 is applied anywhere in South Africa and FREE delivery when you spend over R1250.

The Zero Drinks warehouse is based in central JoBurg and we ship our orders out from there, so delivery timelines will vary based on your location. We hold stock on all drinks and re-order from our suppliers based on demand.

The following delivery times apply:

• 2-3 workdays - delivery to most major centres
• 3-7 workdays - delivery to all regional areas

When a drink shows as “Sold Out”, we are temporarily out stock.

• It typically takes 2-5 working days for us to get new deliveries in from our suppliers.
• If there is a specific drink you would like to order, however, we are Sold Out, please send us an email and we can let you know when it is available again. Email: orders@vita24boost.com

You will be updated throughout the ordering process and receive email notifications from Zero Drinks when your order has been confirmed, dispatched from our warehouse, and once the order has been delivered.

We will do everything we can to get your order to you within the timelines and process communicated. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return any unopened and unused product within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Returns must be sent to our pickup address:

• Please contact our support team before returning any products to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

• We will cover the cost of return shipping.

• Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item(s) from your delivery address.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request a photo of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

• We will replace the product or offer a full refund at no cost to you.
