A standard delivery fee of R89 is applied anywhere in South Africa and FREE delivery when you spend over R1250.
The Zero Drinks warehouse is based in central JoBurg and we ship our orders out from there, so delivery timelines will vary based on your location. We hold stock on all drinks and re-order from our suppliers based on demand.

When a drink shows as “Sold Out”, we are temporarily out stock.
You will be updated throughout the ordering process and receive email notifications from Zero Drinks when your order has been confirmed, dispatched from our warehouse, and once the order has been delivered.
We will do everything we can to get your order to you within the timelines and process communicated. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
You may return any unopened and unused product within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item(s) from your delivery address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request a photo of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
We will replace the product or offer a full refund at no cost to you.

This competition is run by Vita24 (the “Promoter”).
The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Vita24, their immediate family members, or any affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
To enter, complete the competition entry form by providing your details and answering the required questions.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries using the same email address will be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
The prize is one case of Vita24 Vitamin Boost.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Winners will be selected weekly at random from all valid entries received.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering, participants agree that their personal data may be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting winners.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the participant’s consent.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
